OPERATIONS SERVICE

The procedure of balance calculation is performed by well-educated operation officers. The experts calculate on the basis of the number of passengers, the loaded baggage and goods, the refueled kerosene, and the location of the aforesaid to identify where exactly the center of gravity of the aircraft is. It is essential for the safety of the flight and to the realization of the lowest possible fuel consumption. The operation services provided by NSH personnel include: - Load Control - Communications - Flight Operations - Flight Operations – Flight Preparations at the Airport of Departure - Flight Operations – Crew Administration

PASSENGERS SERVICE

We provide a complete service to our partners and their passengers, from check-in to lost luggage tracing. Our fast, flexible and knowledgeable staff ensure that everything runs smoothly for our passengers. Our passenger handling services include: - Check-in - Embarkation/Disembarkation; - Arrival services; - Lost and found services; - Assistance for underage passengers, passengers with reduced mobility, hearing-impaired passengers, visually impaired passengers or passengers unable to read.

AIRCRAFT TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE

The aircraft technical assistance service provides: • Ground guidance of aircraft. • Ground cockpit communication, installation of chocks, safety cones. • Opening of cargo hold doors using a technical stepladder for long-haul aircraft. • Fuel supervision during aircraft refueling. • Installation of servitude equipment at the request of the crew. • Air conditioning and heating of aircraft. • Potable water and toilet service, and maintenance of aircraft in airworthy condition by our GPUs and ASUs. • Towing and pushing back of aircraft by communication between the aprons and the cockpit. • FOD before aircraft arrival, during aircraft processing and after aircraft departure.
