Our company

NSH, an affiliate of Summa and the Government of Niger, is the largest and most experienced ground handling service provider based in Niger. NSH provides ground handling services to over 20 airlines in Niger. Offering passenger and baggage handling procedures, ramp, aircraft cleaning, load control and communication, cargo and mail, flight operations, transportation, representation, and supervision services, NSH provides services to more than 360,000 passengers through the management of approximately 4,600 flights and more than 720,000 pieces of baggage. In addition, NSH is a member of the Airport Service Association (ASA) and the IATA Ground Handling Council (IGHC).

NSH is registered under the Tax Identification Number (TIN) 53509/R and registered in the Commercial Register under the number NE/NIM/01/2019/B14/00005 of 17/05/2019.

Mission

NSH has for mission in all countries, in the States parties to the OHADA treaty, and more particularly in the Republic of Niger.

All the activities of assistance in stopover such as defined by the directive N°01/2003/CM/UEMOA; the conventions, treaties, and international texts on the matter, ratified by Niger.

Vision

  1. Consolidation of operational activities to ensure quality ground handling services at Diori Hamani International Airport in Niamey.
  2. To ensure the continuous training and qualification of personnel;
  3. Comply with national and international regulations on ground handling with a view to certification of NSH's activities, in particular the certification of the national aeronautical regulations (RAN) and that of IATA (ISAGO).
  4. Have the necessary equipment to guarantee the availability of GSEs to effectively assist aircraft operating at Niamey airport;
  5. To be attentive to the needs of airlines in order to take into account their needs and considerably reduce possible complaints;
  6. Ensure a serene work environment and a calm social climate.
